ccmuser for Call Manager Express 4.0.2

Hi,

Ho users can setup their phone.

I've tried to use the http://IP_ADDR_/ccme.html , with a simple user account.But I always have the Admin Interface of the CCME.

Is it possible to end-user to personalize their ipphone using the web interface, even if there is no Cisco Unity Express.

Yes, end users can make a variety of customizations as outlined here:

To ge to the user page rather than the regular admin page, you need to check the priveleges on the account. If they are listed as an administrator, then they will get the admin interface. If they only have user level privileges, then they will only get the user page.

Hi,

I know what is the error when I've exprerienced the problem.

I've logged with an administrator account before, and the IE cookie have not been destroyed. So If I log into the GUI I still have the last interface (Admin Interface)
