CCX UPGRADATION

Hi Guys,

 

I am planning to upgrade CCX from the version 8.6 to 10.0,,since i am new to CCX what are pre requirements to be considerd before upgrading.,advice me on this upgradation.

Hello,

The best advice I can give is to read the Install/Upgrade guides, and always have the documentation related to the product offline with you, especially when you're on a customer site.
