CDR analysis and Report configuration

we are having cisco call manager 4.1(3)

we need to configure CAR so that we can get reports for perticular ip phone .

We have installed plugiin and able to login in cdr analysis option but after login we are not able to view any reports

how can we able to view those reports?

If you just installed CAR it will only give you records from the day you loaded the plug in and enable the CDR parameters under the service parameter on the publisher.

thanks i will configure service parameters

But i have one query can we pull report for one particular ip phone? like no of calls placed / received for particular duration ?

or is ther is any other tool available ?

Have you tried viewing past days and not today's reports?

Also, have you enabled your CDR Flags in Service parameters?

If you have not, you need to go to service parameters advanced, and search for CDR and set flags to True. This will be applicable to all servers.
