CDR Analysis and Reporting error

Hi there - I was trying to run some reports on our phone system via the CDR Analysis and Reporting application and it is giving me an error that I have never seen before so I was hoping that someone here may have ran into it before and could let me know what it means. When I try to run a report, I get a popup that states "30023 : Data is not available for the date range selected. Data is available only from Nov 27, 2006 to Mar 10, 2007. I was trying to run a gateway utilization report for today (I usually run reports for all of the gateways on Friday). If anyone can shed some light on this for me I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Here is a description of what may cause this problem and some remedies as well :)
