Hi,
As per my understaning in CME we can see call history, But my requirement is there any way i can increas call history record at least one month or if its possible how we can enable this option in CME. I am using CME version 7.0
If any other i can do this one.
If any body knows about it, i will relay appreciate there replay.

Hi Sunish,
there are a couple of options for doing this, if you just want a record of the calls made you could use an external syslog server as detailed here

An AAA server is the recommended way of doing it, particularly if you already have the facility in place and then there are also third party solutions such as Stonevoice's Billy platform if you want a billing solution (which is syslog based anyway).
