CDR Conference Utilization Issue

Dear All,

We are using the Cisco UCM version 7.1.1. We are facing the issue with the Conference Utilization report in CDR. In conference utilization report it is showing 0% for all the dates. It is not showing any % of utilization. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Is there any solution?

Can you please confirm whether you tried selecting all the conference bridges and tried generating report? If yes, what were you seeing in the reports results page?

thanks for the reply. I have tried all the conference bridges. But in utilization report it shows 0% for all the conferences except one bridge which is less used thank others...
