CDR doesn't work

Hi,

I've a problem with CDR with CUCM6.1.

-All services are working.

-CDR Enabled Flag : True

-CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag : True

-When I try "utils service list" :

Cisco CAR Scheduler[STARTED]

Cisco CDP[STARTED]

Cisco CDP Agent[STARTED]

Cisco CDR Agent[STARTED]

Cisco CDR Repository Manager[STARTED]

When I want to see my CDR in CAR web Admin, there is nothing, and my phonexone server can't get CDR.

Do you have an idea ?
