CDR duration listed as ringing+connected time instead of connected only.

Hello support.

We have an issue where CDRs reported from CUCM list duration as (ringing + connected time)

Did the following test.

  •          User A (Fixed) starts calling User B (Mobile) at 14:17:50.
  •          User B goes offhook at 14:18:10 (20 seconds after)
  •          The call lasted for 39 seconds (ended at 14:18:49)

Total amount of seconds in above call process reported from CDR = 59 s

Anyone ever had this issue please point out if this can be remedied?

CDR duration listed as ringing+connected time instead of connect

making the CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag to false under the CUCM service parameters will probably solve this issue.
