CDR Error

Hi Friends,

I am getting following CDR Error

destDeviceNamein a CDR record is null. 49.67

directoryNum in an Origination CMR record is negative. 0.20

dateTimeConnect in a CDR record is not a positive integer

Please help me out in resolving it.

Also I could find zero calls for any outgoing calls details . what could be the problem ?

is CDR configured correctly?

Data is Absent in Reports Created by the CAR Tool

Hi javalenc,

I couldnt find anything wrong on the configuration. Screenshot of configuration parameters are attached. I am finding one wrong thing. The output of top n calls is not giving a genuine report. It is not showing details on outgoing calls for majority of numbers (say for particular values of callerids).

It will be really gratefull if you could help me out on solving the issue
