Re: CDR Export in Excel

CSV or PDF only, CSV can be opened with Excel

CAR reports do have time, not sure exactly what report you're looking at.

Refer to the CAR admin guide for details on reports

Re: CDR Export in Excel

This is all you can get:

Configuring Bills User Reports

If it's not what you're looking for, you'll need a 3rd party

Re: CDR Export in Excel

Hi Java, just one question about this topic, Is it valid if I use the files in the "CAR -> Export CDR/CMR" option for billing reports??. Or there are some inconvenients.

Thanks for your opinion

Re: CDR Export in Excel

Hi Java,

Thanks for your reply...

Can I customize the CDR report? I need the below 4 fields in CDR/CMR

report for some specific user.

1. DN/User rid

2. Called phone number

3. Time of starting of call

4. Time of disconnection of the call

Another Question: I am in UAE. Can I set UAE currency in CDR so that I

get local currency report in CDR.

Re: CDR Export in Excel

No customizing, if you need something else you need a 3rd party solution.
