CDR flat files issue

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with CDRs CUCM version 7.1.5 the issue is the when i check the publisher or subscriber by running a query to check the contents of the /cdr, /processed and /preserve folder. I see nothing there for most days but some days have 1 or 2 CDR files.

I guess the cm service is not producing cdrs properly..

All the configuration is proper CDR flag is enabled on Call Managers.

Hi Hussan,

Are you checking the Publisher or the Subscribers for CDR data?

Subscribers send CDR data to the Publisher where they are stored.

As long as you have enabled the CDR service on ALL nodes, you can check that the data is being sent by one of the following methods:

1. Setup a billing server and see if any data is received. (e.g. a basic FTP server or you could use our TIM Plus or TIM Enterprise product)

2. Run a report within the built in reporter for the period required.

3. Export the data to a CSV file for the period required.

Hope this helps.
