Hi.
I have a problem with CDR reports we generate for billing.
It seems as the Call Manager stopped processing the CAR information.
I checked via the CLI, all up to date CDR information are available on the cm/cdr_repository/car directory, BUT NOT on cm/cdr_repository/processed directory.
Is there any way to start processing the car information so that I can see them via the CDR GUI?
Or is there any workaround for this? I’m suspecting bug with CCM. CCM version is 5.0.1
I tried the follwoing doesnt seem to help.

Disable the "CDR Enabled Flag"
•
Restart the "Cisco CDR Agent"
•
Restart the "Cisco CDR Repository Manager"
•
Restart the "Cisco Database Layer Monitor"
•
Enable again the "CDR Enabled Flag"
