CDR Logs Issues

CDR log report that is being generated from a 3rd party Accounting software (Telesoft) is rejecting of the numbers as non-billable because of the way it is formated in the report. Not all numbers are showing in the report in this format. I can't find any mis-configuration in CUM 8.5, the sample below represent what the report look like from Telesoft. The last 5 digits on the Number Dialed is the extension and the extension number is the destination number. Any ideas?

  • Example of the format:

Extension

Switch

Error

Date

Time

NumberDialed

Minutes

19737611362

STL001C

4

1/20/12

8:58:03AM

1638272222@159.63.174.60

39.0

  • The issue is that the number dialed column is the extension (last 5 digits), the extension column is the destination number (almost like it’s reverse)
  • Some reports that are generated from the CallMananger using the same system does not show up that way
  • We need to figure out why some numbers are showing up in this format and others are not

CDR Logs Issues

I would run some CAR reports or look at the flat files directly and compare those calls.

If CAR doesn't show them that way and the flat file entry is the same as working calls then most likely the issue is in your CDR accounting app.
