I have a Call Manager 7.1 that is soon to be running different sites. I need some type of report that is going to give me a breakdown of each site individually. Will the CDR tool allow me to create multiple reports for each site. When I look at it, for example Bills > Department, it makes me select users individually each time I want to run a report which is rather painstaking. Is there any way to setup a "template" that will run a scheduled report for each site and all of the encompassing users? The documentation is very unclear on creating templates or multiple site reports. It seems you have to create reports every time.
