I have written a process to extract CDR data on a nightly basis from MS-SQL Server in CM4.x environment. My customer is planning to upgrade to CM 7.x. It is my understanding that they have changed the DB to Informix. Also, direct access to CDR data in tables is not available any more. In fact, data is stored in flat files and Cisco suggests writing a SOAP interface to extract the data at frequent intervals. I am looking for some pointers to extract this data to a flat file for further processing. I do understand that CDR data can be generated on the fly but I am looking for an automated solution so that daily can be collected every night in an automated fashion. Thanks for your help in advance.
