Hi
I have a output CDR File, in this appear this field of Forced Autorization Code
authCodeDescription | authorizationLevel | clientMatterCode |
VARCHAR(50) | INTEGER | VARCHAR(32) |
Abigail Lozano | 20 | |
Abigail Lozano | 20 | |
Agustin Lopez | 30 | |
Alfredo Sanchez R | 60 | |
Araceli Saules | 60 | |
Araceli Saules | 60 | |
Claudia Rosales | 20 | |
Hector Galindo | 30 |
Then in the third Field not appear the code number that the client dial to get access to PSTN.
Any Idea to show the value in this field.

Hello Ivan,
FAC and CMC are different concepts. CMC will just record a value for accounting purposes and let the call go through while FAC will check for the autorization level. If you are using FAC and would like to know the actual code they press you should be looking at field authorizationCodeValue.

Ivan,
There's actually a service parameter in CallManager that determines if the value you input is recorded into the Flat file. It's called something like Display FAC in CDR. Make sure it's enabled in every CUCM server.
Cheers,
