CDR push to FTP server failing

Hello- We have a 24/7 schedule to push CDR records to an FTP server from our CUCM Publisher. We changed the FTP server IP and I updated this under Serviceability > CDR Management. However, no CDR files are getting pushed. I verified the schedule is still configured 24/7 CAR > System > Scheduler > CDR Load. Both Continuous Loading 24/7 and Load CDR Only are checked. I can FTP a file from a client in the same subnet as Pub.

Any ideas?

CUCM v6.1.4

Windows FTP Server

Continuous Loading 24/7
Load CDR only

Thanx

Corollary to this, how can I test FTP directly from the Pub? SSH to Pub and I do not see an FTP option anywhere.

Use file get command to try to download a file to that server

Thank you. The options I see are:

admin:file get

      file get activelog

      file get inactivelog

      file get install

      file get partBsalog

      file get salog

      file get tftp

To those who find this thread, I used this doc to figure out how to manually transfer files:

http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Unified_Presence%2C_Release_7.x_--_file_get_CLI_Command

Specific commands I ran:

file list activelog cm/cdr_repository/processed/

file get activelog cm/cdr_repository/processed/ recurs

And to resolve the original issue, I just completely deleted and re-added the new server.
