Hi,
If someone could confim for me that for outbound calls from CUCM 7.1.3 to the PSTN that a CDR record is only generated when the call is connected & not just when it rings out at the far end.
Thanks in advance

Hi there,
The CdrLogCallsWithZeroDurationFlag - is the setting that controls this
This parameter enables logging of CDRs for calls which were never connected, or which lasted less than one second. If this parameter is false, only calls with talk time greater or equal to 1 second and/or failed calls generate CDRs. If this parameter is true, all calls will generate a CDR.
Cheers!
