CDR Records for CMBE 5K

Hello,

We are implementing a call accounting application that treats the CDRs of the Cisco CMBE 5K. We are facing a problem concerning the CDRs received by the system. How can we distinguish between an incoming transferred call, and an outgoing transferred call?

Example:

Outgoing: outgoing call from caller A

Caller A calls B

Caller A calls C (which he wants to transfer caller B to)

Caller B talking to Caller C

incoming: incoming call from caller A

Caller A calls B

Caller B calls C (which he wants to transfer caller A to)

Caller A talking to Caller C

How can we know that the cdr of caller B talking to Caller C is an incoming or outgoing call? Is there an ID for the whole call, or a value which indicates if it is an incoming or outgoing call?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Muhib,

you should take a look to the CDR documentation. For CUCM 9.0 it could be found here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/9_0/admin/CUCM_BK_C66F5BB5_00_cucm-cdr-administration-guide_chapter_0101.html

But what about trying already functional app? Just follow the link to learn more: http://www.2ring.com/ca
