CDR Report Generating Problem

Dear All,

I am using CCM 5.1. Last few months I am facing a problem. Everyday I am generating the call report.But suddenly one day Report is not generating(Error: Data is not available of slected date range ).after one or two days again it is working properly. then after some days this same problem again comeing.

any body can help me?

Madhab,

Check the OS log for CDR Repository Manager service if it is running without any warnings.

CDR info is being written to a flat file first. This service is responsible to collect them periodically and put into the database.
