CDR Report with H.323 vs MGCP Gateway

 

Hello all,

We have CUCM 9.1 with one H.323 Gateway.

Using CDR we want to search the record of international calls only but its not working. We can see record of all calls (incoming, local, international) together.

In CDR Page, Under Gateway Details we selected H.323 gateway, checked Call Classification "International" & QOS "Good" & tried search but no record is showing. When we select Other in call classification then all calls record is coming all together.

I tried setting calling type & plan in cucm under Route Pattern as international but didn't worked

We have another cluster With MGCP gateway & its working fine without any additional configuration.

Is there any workaround for this with H.323 Gateway ?

You'll need to define what

You'll need to define what constitutes international calls.   If you're logged into CDR and go to System -> System Parameters -> Dial Plan Configuration in each cluster and compair you should be set.
