CDR Reports with Error in the counters

Hi,

Acessing in CDR: System Report > Traffic > Summary by Extension

I ´m trying get the system report of the last month, but I have the follow scenario:

- Incoming: The counter is not incrementing in the calls placed;

- Internal: The counter is incrementing in duplicate, for example: I did one call, but CDR show 2 calls.

- Long Distance: The counter is not incrementting..

The system report is confuse, it is not the report correct. 

I did reset of the follow services:

Cisco CDR Agent

Cisco Database Layer Monitor

Cisco CDR Repository Manager

Cisco CAR Scheduler

Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service

Cisco CAR Web Service

I solved the problem with setup of the calls parameters .
