CDR Repository Manager won't stay running

I am running CUCM version 6.0.1.2121-1. The Cisco CDR Repository Manager won't stay running after about 20 seconds. I click on the services and hit start and it will run about 20 seconds. Then after 20 seconds the time will restart and run again for another 20 seconds. It does this about 3 times. After the 3rd time it stays not running. Any idea's?

Pull the logs, see why it's failing.

Use RTMT to retrieve them.
