CDR Tandem Calls Orig. and Dest. inversion issue

Dear Team,

We have a CCM cluster installed and integrated with ICM and and CVP.

We upgraded the CUCM cluster from version 6.2 to 8.5. After the upgrade we are facing the following issue :

When genrating the CDR Gateway detail reports for the Tandem calls, we noticed that the orig. and Dest. fields are inversed compared of the files generated in v6 of CCM

here are an example :

Gateway CDR detail example for Tandem Call in v 6

"Report Generation Criteria- Call Classification: Tandem, International QoS: Good, Acceptable, Fair, Poor, NA"

Date,Orig. Time,Term. Time,Duration (sec), Orig.,Dest.,Orig. Codec,Dest. Codec,Orig Device,Dest Device,Orig. QoS,Dest. QoS

71443638                PSTN Customer Calling the Contact Center

0033164567014       Agent Transfer the Call to this international number

Gateway CDR detail example for Tandem Call in v 8

"Report Generation Criteria- Call Classification: Tandem QoS: Good, Acceptable, Fair, Poor, NA

"

71387005               PSTN Customer Calling the Contact Center

00966545192126     Agent Transfer the Call to this international number

In fact the callflow is like this :

A customer calls the Contact Center, an agent takes the call and transfers it to an international number. So I believe that the Dest. should be always the international number. This is ok in version 6, but in version 8 this field is inversed with the Orig as you can see.

Can you please advise ?
