I am looking for a tool which will enable us to retreive some information such as the CalledPartyNumber, CallingPartyNumber Time, Duration... Does it exist any tool for this matter? The Existing CDR tool is almost useless because it brings up tones of info that we don't even need and then we have to do a lot of manipulations and changes such as the "Time conversion" in order to make it readable for a supervisor. Does Cisco recommand any tools? Please let me know.
I have already worked with Avotus but it's to big for my client and requires a seprate server. they don't need the software for any billing or accounting purposes. All they need is to be able keep track of incoming and outgoing calls for certain employees. That's really all they need. The following are the info they are more concerned about:
1)Callin Party number
2)Called Party number
Are you aware of a really simple software which can do what I just mentionned?
