My company is in a process of calculating the bandwidth utilization made my users calling to the conference bridge. We are using premier conference solution werein users calls in and join the bridge. We use CCM 6.3 and 2821 gateway
I need to find the concurrent call volume made from 12 of our gateways in different regions in a timely manner. Eg.. by 9am number of calls to the conference bridge, 9.15am number of calls made
Is there any way or any tool which can do this job. Please advice.....
