Centigram, Nortel PBX and UCM 5.1 integration


I want to accommodate voice mail integration for a customer who has Centigram, a Nortel PBX, and is purchasing CallManager 5.1.

- With no Unity, I want to integrate CallManager IP phone users with Centigram's voice mail via SMDI through VG248. Centigram would be integrating with the Nortel PBX and CallManager. has anyone been successful in doing this or has anyone heard of problems?

- With Unity 4.2 UM Lotus Notes, can we integrate with Centigram to transfer voice mails? That would mean that CallManager is integrating with Centigram and Unity. It would also mean that Centigram is integrating with CallManager, Unity and the Nortel PBX. It sounds messy. What are thoughts?

Dual PBX integration is a useful option for enterprises that want to maintain existing voicemail services while migrating from their current PBX to IP Telephony.
