Centralized Management for multi-site CME set-up

Anyone use a centralized management utility to managem multiple site CME?

I have been looking and there are a couple of products that I have found.  Before pursuing these companies I was curious to see if anyone else uses something, what it is, and if you believe it to be a valuable tool or not.

A few weeks ago I saw a demo of this tool, haven't worked with it but it seems to do the trick for what you're looking for. Nice tool from what they showed in the demo.

Not only you could manage the deployments separately but you could create users to manage only certain elements.

There are a couple of links on CCO if you search ManageExpress but for some reason they're not working, they hang on loading the page.
