Assuming we have a clean-boot of a CER 2.0 server and no one has dialed 911 ... what should be the default behavior when you dial an ELIN number from the outside? Since there is no dynamic translation built for a 911 caller I would think it either rings busy, or perhaps should ring the first onsite alert extension.
Any info would be appreciated.
