CER 2.0-Unlocated Phones

Hello,

I have a switch whose phones cannot be tracked. I did SNMP walk and got following output.

admin:utils snmp walk 2c CXXXXXXXXX 13X.XX.XX.XX 1.2.6.1.4.1.9.1.614

Phone tracker logs show

Can you please tell me what the issue is. This is 3560 switch.

Hi there!

Can you use a simple SNMP application to querry the switch?  For example, can Solar Winds querry the switch and come back with the basic switch info?
