CER 3rd Party IBM 3250 M2 Server issue

I am having trouble loading Cisco Emergency Responder 7.0 on a new IBM 3250 M2 server. Before purchasing these servers I emailed my config to TAC and they told me it was supported. Now if I try to install it tells me it can't find the driver for the DVD Drive and to manually select or load one. I opened another TAC case and they are now telling me that this server is not supported. Has anyone run into similar issues? Any thoughts Solutions? My entire server config is below:

The IBM 3250 M2 server is not a supported platform. It is an IBM server, not an MCS.

This is the list of IBM server configs that are equivalent to MCS models, and can be used to install Cisco products:
