CER2.0 newby question

I'm deploying CER 2.0 for the first time. I have everything configured as best I can tell. I am not seeing the CER server registered with my 911 RP. Should I? As a result, calls to 911 have a prerecorded message that says "your call cannot be completed as dialed..."

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

I figured it out. I had forgotten to associate the RP911 route point to my CER_User account.
