CFA Destination Override Question

Hi,

We are running Cisco CallManager 8.6.2.21900-5 and have CFA Destination Override set to True to allow secretaries to transfer calls back through to managers who have their phones forwarded to their secretaries.  As this is a system wide setting is there anyway of setting up an exception for a particular extension so that CFA doesn't work in this way?  We have a department that has a main number which forwards in a daisy chain to a number of extensions but when one of those extensions is out of the office they forward their number to the main number but as CFA Destination Override is set to True the call continues to comes through to the extension that has forwarded their number on.                  

Hope this make sense.

Any help greatly appreciated.

CFA Destination Override Question

No but based on your description a Hunt Pilot/List/Line Group with Hunt Group Logout PLK or HLog softkey sounds like a better fit for that group. That would allow you to setup the Top Down order and those who are signed out of the Line Group would be skipped over.
