I am using CCM 6.1 and Unity Connection 2.0
I have a Call Handler in Unity that I need to forward a extension too. However the Call
Handlers extension does not match that of the Extension that needs to send to it. I have
tried Call forward all to to a CTI route point that matches the extension of the Call
handler.. but every time it still goes to the initial Extension's Voicemail instead of teh
calling tree (This is the way IT SHOULD WORK and I am aware this is a setting I can change
system wide) What method can I use to accomplish this task, since changing that system setting is not an option?

Put the extension that is hitting Unity in the CH as an Alternate Extension.
