CFwdAll Key Grayed Out.

Hi Guys,

I have 7941 GE phone with two DN lines.

The first one I can call forward to voice mail. When I press the second line and use the more key the CFwdAll key appears to grayed out. Is there any way to cfwdall to both to voice mail or can it only be done via call manager?

Currently, you can only use CFwdALL on the primary line. You can use ccmadmin or ccmuser web pages to set the forward on the second line. There are also some 3rd party tools out there such as IPPhone callForwarder. See the following link.
