change language settings in CUCM 9.x ( route options)

Can someone help me with the following:

If i go to CUCM,  Route pattern Configuration i've noticed that at route options - Route this pattern - the language is dutch.

How can i change this to get it all to english 

Nowe i see :

Geen fout
Niet toegewezen nummer

I need to see this ( No error - unallocated number etc etc ) 
So everything in english, where can i change this all the  help would be great!

So, everything else is in english??

Because the language you get on CUCM depends on

A) that you have installed another language other than english

B) the language your browser is configured for

Yes that's right.
Everything else is in english, i got it right when i changed settings in browser.
