Change PIN at next login

Hi,

working with CUCM v7, I have set users to "change PIN at next Login". However, when logging in to Extension Mobility, I get a Change PIN error 207, and cannot either get authenticated or change the PIN.

I'm guessing I could change the PIN on CCM User, but I want the users to be able to do it on their phones.

Is this normal behaviour, or a bug?

it's the 3rd post i've seen with the exact same thing, it's a misconception of what you're reading. the pin CANNOT be changed thru the phone. it needs to be done with ccmuser page.

unfortunately you cannot have users doing this over the phone

i'll see if i can reach the documentation guys so they can clarify this, because i'm already seeing tons of questions here and at TAC on the exact same thing
