Change Subnet On VMware CUCM 9.1

Existing voice subnet is 255.255.255.192 using IP range 10.96.71.65 - 126.  (65-70 static for Call Manager, Unity, etc. with 71 -126 DHCP for phones).

Simply want to change subnet to 255.255.255.128 to give me IP range of 10.96.71.1-126.  Plan on keeping static the same.

1.  Do I just follow the instructions for IP change and just change subnet mask?

2.  Will this require a license re-host since I'm running 9.1?

3. Any other adivce would be great.

No need for license change on version 9.1 as ELM no longer ties it to IP address/subnet mask.

Normal standard procedures apply to changing IP/subnet/default GW.
