I have Cisco call manager version 6 our end user request to limit the number of incoming calls for some phones to 1 call at the time which i did successfully .and change the default busy tone when second call come while the phone is busy to custom wav. file they already recorded it .
we have also Cisco unity running in our setup .so how can i change that busy tone and upload that recorded "wav" file.
