Hi everyone,
We're now using Unity Connection 8.5.1ES65.13900-65 - prior to going to Unity Connection, and using Unity 4.1 the transfer greeting was "Please wait while I transfer your call". Now, the greeting has removed the word "Please". Some of our callers have found this to sound more rude. Can this be replaced to have the word "please" included? Does it require root access with assistance from TAC?

Unfortunately you cannot replace the standard recordings, I doubt TAC will assist with it. The only option I can think of is to remove it altogether, by unchecking the checkbox for it.

No difference in version 8.6 vs. 8.5.
