Change Unity Connection IP

One of my customer needs to move premises and they have decided to change their entire voice subnet.

Is there any way to change the IP address of the Unity Connection 2.x server??

I have already spent a lot of time on this but i couldn't find it anywhere.

Would appreciated anyone's help.

Cheers,

Hunt

Re: Change Unity Connection IP

Hi!

You need to access the CLI interface of your Unity Connection server (using a SSH client) and use the following command:

set network ip eth0

After that, you will need to reboot the Unity Connection server for the change to take effect.

Hope this helps! :)

Tere.
