Changing Busy-Out Timer in Callmanager 6.x

Hi,

Could somebody please advise as how to change the busy-out tone timer value in the Callmanager 6.x from default 3 minutes to 20 seconds?

change the following service parameter:

T_301 timer

No luck even after changing the mentioned timer.
