Todd Morgan

Currently out business is set to hit a call tree at 5pm. I need to change this to 6pm. We are running CUCMBE 8.6. I cannot seem to figure out where the setting is. Can anyone help me?

If you have no idea where you're doing this, check TOD on CUCM, the time periods and time schedule, or if you're involving CUC, the schedule from whatever you're hitting on that side.

Thanks for the reply. But none of those tell me where to look exactly. where do I find TOD, etc? I have already checked through the menu's and havent found anything about it.

we are on the BE so we do have unity.

You can go thru the CCM config guides for TOD, or just search TOD on CSC and find all the references, and I believe also a video on the config.

Hi Todd.
Start to check under call routing --> class of control >>> time schedule and time period
You should find there what you are looking for.
