Changing Media Resource names after IP change?

Changed the IP of a CCM7.1 box. All the default media objects (CFB, ANN, etc) are still the old IP and cannot be adjusted. Is there any way to clean this up or do you just have to deal with the old IPs after an IP change?

Was is a Pub or Sub IP change? Did you follow the procedure outlined in the following doc?
