Changing name to a CCM server

I need to change the name of a server with Callmanager installed on it, what is the impact of doing that change on everything, Windows, Calmanager aplication, SQL, etc?

You cannot change name of Callmanager server after callmanager is installed. This is due to SQL limitation. You will have to reinstall it if you change the name of the server.

One question - are we talking about changing the CallManager Name (in CallManager itself), or changing the computer name in Windows?
