changing personal greeting in bulk.

       Hi,

I'm using cisco unity connection 8.5. I need to change to record one personal greeting and use for 150 users.

  is it possible to do it in bulk.

like

1. create a new user template.

2. go to new user template and edit----greetings ---- upload new personal greeting.

3 use this template for this 150 users.

will this steps work?

and these 150 users are existing users.

please suggests..

All you need to do is use the bulk edit feature,

Go to Users and select the users you need to change (If all, just click on the select all users button), click on bulk edit and then just change the greeting as if you were doing it for one user.

The user template will only work for NEW users, not changing existing.
