Check for Usage of DID Numbers

Hello All,

CallManager: 8.0.3

I was wondering if anyone knew of a report I could run, or something along those lines, that could give me usage or frequency of which a DID number has been called..? We're going over some of our local numbers from TelCo and wanted to see which one's are actually used somewhat often or even which ones have not been used at all, etc...

Does anyone know if this is possible to acheive? Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Check for Usage of DID Numbers

CUCM has no idea of whether a DN configured on a phone is a number you created which can only be dialed internally, or a DID. That, you'll need to sort out after using CAR/CDR

You can try the device -> GW reports, there are many more reports, depending on what you need, you might find one which is more useful for you.
