Hi,
We have a problem with some DDI's just getting a dead tone when we call them. I'm fairly certain it is a problem at the telecom companies end but wanted to be sure. Is there a command I can use to view live calls hitting the gateway? I basically want to try dialling the numbers in question and see whether or not they are hitting our gateway.
Gateway is h.323 not MGCP.
Thanks
Steve

If you have a pri circuit "debug isdn q931" will show active calls. If not "debug voip ccapi inout" will get you plenty of info on inbound calls.
