choppy voice CUE 2.3

hi

i have a problem of choppy voice with CUE 2.3 when dialing main number for voicemail (5050) with the general default greeting (please enter your password, or welcome to cisco unity messaging please enter....) or when forwarding to a voicemail after NoAnswer .... i didn't test autoattendant yet but i think it will be the same

i'm attaching some of the sh tech-support output
