Choppy Voice when communicating between G711 and G729 over a SIP trunk

Problem started after a PVDM2-32 in slot 0 was changed to a PVDM2-64.

Slot 1 always had a PVDM2-64.

Choppy Voice when communicating between G711 and G729 over a SIP trunk

CUCM6.1 is using the DSP resources for transcoding and conference. CFB is working fine. Transcoding was working fine before we put in the PVDM2-64 in slot 0 in place of a PVDM2-32.

CUCM SIP trunk is using the DSP for g729 and g711 transcoding over the SIP trunk.

How can we nail down which dsp is in use when a call is going through?

See attachment for command outputs.

When call is made, 'sh dspf ds all' shows the dsp is used.

Rtp connection is also there as highlighted in red in the attachment.

But no actice voice dsp is shown.

See attachment.
